Handgrip
Handgrip testing can be an important measurement of function, diagnosis for disease or injury as well as correlating it to general body strength.
Muscular endurance (Local)
Local muscular endurance is the ability of a certain muscle or muscle group to perform repeated contractions against a submaximal resistance (Harman, Garhammer, and Pandorf, 2000).
