Aircraft Maintenance Program

Mandatory Orientation

Due to the high number of students attempting to enter either the airframe or powerplant classes during the day or evening, the department is currently requiring all new student applicants to attend a mandatory orientation before the classes may be added.  New students entering the program may begin in any class with the AIRM prefix that has an opening after attending the appropriate orientation listed below. All of the aircraft maintenance technology classes are modular which allows any class to be an entry point for a new student entering the program.

The dates, times and locations for the Spring 2013 Orientations are as follow:

  • AIRM66B, Day Airframe, December 11, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. in Building 28A Room 102
  • AIRM96A, Night Powerplant December 13, 2012 at 8:00 p.m. in Building 28B Room 209
