| Mt. San Antonio College offers an Associate of Science Degree in Histotechnology. This two-year program will improve the training of entry level histologic technicians, thereby helping the California histology industry, which is currently seeking qualified technicians. |
| Students of histotechnology will be provided with a practical foundation through laboratory courses on campus. On-the-job experience will be provided through establishing partnerships with local hospitals, other clinical laboratories and research laboratories.Program curriculum, including training in immunohistochemistry, will prepare students for career advancement or entry into ancillary programs. |
