| The following EDC program reports have been submitted:
After School College, Distance Learning, Honors (hard copy, online to follow soon),
Service Learning, Study Abroad, Summer Bridge, and Weekend Business College. They may be
viewed at http://vclass.mtsac.edu/edc/reports/rpt.asp
.
DSP&S and Supplemental Instruction will be submitted in the next two weeks. These
reports will be completed annually by the coordinators of each special program in lieu
of Program Review and will be forwarded to the Educational Programs Council for review.
Like Program Review reports, they may be used in the budget process. It was suggested
that a Procedures Manual be prepared for each program. A few notations pertaining to
some of the programs included:

replaced Mary Brackenhoff.
Summer Bridge: Meghan Chen stated that Angel Lujan has been reassigned from
Counseling to be the new Summer Bridge coordinator.

Coordinator and is now working in the Learning Assistance Center.

Tunstall to complete their report. She is conducting a campus awareness campaign on
accessibility and will be visiting all departments on campus.

has retired as the program co-coordinator. Barbara Crane will now be the contact person
for the program.

year due to another meeting commitment.
