Student Evaluations of Distance Learning Faculty

Student Evaluations of Distance Learning Faculty may be conducted in one of two ways:

1. In an on-campus meeting (hybrid courses and some online courses have on-campus meetings)

  • Obtain the H.2.e Form: Word Version
  • Make copies of form and obtain Mt. SAC Scantron forms and #2 pencils
  • Conduct evaluations in on-campus meeting, collect and analyze

2. In an online process that starts with LOGIN to the Mt. SAC Portal

  • Student logs in with MY MtSAC username and password
  • Student clicks on "Student" Tab
  • Student clicks on link titled "Active Registration" under the "Registration" section (#9)
  • Evaluations may be conducted by students only once for each course
  • All results are anonymous to the professor being evaluated

Students can access the link to conduct Distance Learning Student Evaluations in three ways in the student tab (please see screen shots below):

Learning Management System Information


Moodlerooms' Learning System is used for traditional as well as Distance Learning courses at Mt. SAC.
