Student Evaluations of Distance Learning Faculty may be conducted in one of two ways:
1. In an on-campus meeting (hybrid courses and some online courses have on-campus meetings)
- Obtain the H.2.e Form: Word Version
- Make copies of form and obtain Mt. SAC Scantron forms and #2 pencils
- Conduct evaluations in on-campus meeting, collect and analyze
2. In an online process that starts with LOGIN
to the Mt. SAC Portal
- Student logs in with MY MtSAC username and password
- Student clicks on "Student" Tab
- Student clicks on link titled "Active Registration" under the "Registration" section (#9)
- Evaluations may be conducted by students only once for each course
- All results are anonymous to the professor being evaluated
