COMMUNITY & NONCREDIT EDUCATION |
For Students |
| The Continuing Education Division offers
a wide selection of educational opportunities and services tailored
to the needs of nontraditional students. We offer: |
- Classes for students who are interested only in the information
and not in earning degree or transfer units. They can enroll
as noncredit students. The same standards apply to all students
in the class, but noncredit students are not assessed the per-unit
fee as required for credit classes.
- Workshops, short-term classes and online, are designed to
meet the specific needs and interests of students.
- Learn English through our ESL Program, designed for beginners
and advanced students.
- Basic Skills programs for adults and teens who want to improve
their basic math and writing skills. A variety of test preparation
skills are also taught.
