This is a class for students without prior knowledge of the Russian language. Begin with the alphabet and learn to read, write and speak basic conversational Russian.

This class introduces you to the Hindi language,beginning with the essentials of the Hindi alphabet, how to read, write and pronounce the various characters. Includes a study of the essentials of vocabulary and construction.

This class furthers develops your conversational, reading and writing skills in Hindi with a special emphasis on verbs, word building and extension of vocabulary. Includes an introduction of grammatical structures.

This class developes your listening comprehension, communicative proficiency and writing and reading in Hindi. More advanced study of grammar and vocabulary as well as readings and discussions through the introduction of Indian literature.

This series of courses will use students’ interest in Japanese Anime as a foundation to learn Japanese language, vocabulary, grammar, history, and modern culture. Students will learn popular expressions used in anime and their relation to the language and culture of Japan.

Students will learn how to use masculine and feminine, past and present tense and basic conjugation of verbs. Students will also learn basic communication phrases applicable to work or travel.

Spanish-English Translation for Bilingual Speakers
This class presents a foundation of understanding and development of the translation and interpretation skills necessary for its practice. Individuals will learn about the underlying theory and practice of translation and interpretation, core skills, roles of the interpreter and translator, as well as ethics and professional conduct. A proficiency test will be administered at the end of the class to suggest any necessary additional language enhancement classes before advancing into these fields.
