The Mt. SAC Real Estate Program offers
multiple sections of the Real Estate Principles (BUSR
50) class each semester. These classes are offered
at convenient times and even online. Successful completion
of this class is required by the Department of Real
Estate (DRE) to be eligible to take the Real Estate
Salesperson license exam. In addition, we offer courses
leading to certificates or AA degrees in real estate,
real estate appraisal, and escrow management.
All of
our classes are taught by professionals who are
active in their particular field - real estate,
real estate appraisal, or escrow management. |
