Landlord / Tenant Option

Students choosing the Landlord/Tenant Option, like all students enrolled in the Paralegal program, must complete the degree requirements for an Associate of Science Degree as prescribed by Mt. San Antonio College. In addition to the General Education requirements, a prerequisite of eligibility for English 1A applies for all courses in the Paralegal Program. PLGL 30 is an introductory course, and is a prerequisite/corequisite for the required courses.

Family Law Option
