Paralegal Program

Required Classes

Mt. San Antonio College offers an Associate of Science Degree in Paralegal Studies. All students enrolled in the Paralegal/Legal Specialist Program must complete the degree requirements for an Associate of Science Degree as prescribed by Mt. San Antonio College. In addition to the General Education requirements, a prerequisite of eligibility for English 1A applies for all courses in the Paralegal Program. PLGL 30 is an introductory course, and is a prerequisite/co-requisite for the following required courses:

  • PLGL 35B — Automated Law Office Procedures
  • PLGL 38 — Ethics and Job Search Strategies
  • PLGL 37 — Tort Law
  • PLGL 39 — Contract Law

Specialty Options
