Computer Programming (S7302)

The Computer Programming degree is a two-year program leading to the Associate of Science Degree.  The Computer Proramming Degree program is designed to prepare students for employment as a computer programmer following graduation.   Students wishing a Bachelor's Degree (transfer program) should meet with a counselor or advisor to discuss transferability of courses.

Coursework includes a list of core courses and additional courses for each concentration.

This degree emphasizes the development of business applications using object-oriented methodologies as you program in one of today's modern programming languages.   Students choosing this degree may select one of four programming language concentrations: C++, Visual Basic, Java, or C#.

Degree Level Student Learning Outcomes:

  1. Students completing the Computer Programming Degree (S7302) will be able to display data from related database tables.
  2. Students completing the Computer Programming Degree (S7302) will be able to update a SQL Server database.
