This course provides students with an introduction to the concepts, theory, and procedures
associated with enterprise resource planning (ERP). ERP integrates the functions
of business to provide managers more useful, relevant information for decision making.
It views the enterprise holistically, rather than artificially separating disciplines such
as finance, human resource management, and logistics.
More than a "tools" course, it helps students see how ERP can make the organization more
effective and efficient both internally and externally.
