CIS Professional Certificate in SOA and Web Services (E0724)

This certificate is designed for returning CIS professionals with several years experience or current students who have completed several CIS courses.

This program of study will help the student understand the concepts and theories underlying service oriented architecture (SOA), AML technologies (DTD, XSD, SLST, XQuery, and XPath), and Web Services technologies (UDDI, WSDL, and SOAP).

CIS Professional Certificate in Web Programming (E0713)

This curriculum is designed for returning CIS professionals with several years experience or current students who have completed several CIS courses.

This program will prepare the student to develop programming skills needed to create effective web pages and web sites using various scripting or markup languages like JavaScript, VBScript, HTML, DHTML, and XML.  Includes practical knowledge of how to install, manage, and troubleshoot web servers and access information from a database server.  Helps students in obtaining programming jobs with companies with a web presence.
