Human Resource Management - Level 1 Certificate (E0531)
This introductory certificate exposes students to the business world and the role of
human resources. &nsbp;Students become familiar with various approaches to business
organization and the strategic nature of human resources.
This certificate may aid the student's search for an entry-level job in the business world.

Students completing the Human Resource Management - Level 1 (E0531) Certificate will:

Human Resource Management - Level 2 Certificate (L0534)
This certificate builds upon the Level 1 Certificate to provide students with specific
knowledge of human resource management functions. Human Resource law,
compensations systems, and an understanding of human motivation provide the student
with a solid foundation from which to build a career in human resources.

Human Resource Management - Level 3 Certificate (L0535)
Students completing the Level 3 Certificate will have knowledge and practical experience
in business communications and computer use. Successful completion of this
certificate prepares students to handle the increasing diversity and complexity of modern
human resource management.
