- History of Furniture and Decorative Arts - (3.0 units)
|
Historic development of structure, interior spaces, furniture and
decorative arts throughout the world. Interior architecture is illustrated
in this overview of design heritage from antiquity to present.
Emphasis is placed on style development as it relates to social, economic
and political influences as well as the use of materials and technology.
Field trips may be required.

Systematic process of designing three-dimensional objects including
color theory, surface, and volume investigation for interior design.
