Brief Bio:

Dr. Al-Malood is a fulltime faculty and the head of the Hospitality and Restaurant Management Program at Mt. San Antonio College.

He received his academic and professional training in Hospitality Management in the United States, Europe and the Middle East. Over the past decade he has lived and worked in four countries.

Prior to receiving his academic appointment, Dr. Al-Malood held positions with companies like: The Ritz-Carlton, Hilton, Starwood and others.
