This course instructs the student in the analysis and preparation of architectural
presentation projects, including schematic and final design, architectural models,
oral presentation techniques, board layouts using hand-drawn and computer-aided techniques,
and development of project portfolio.

ARCH 10 - Design 1 - Elements of Design

Course Measurable Objectives:
- Apply the elements of architectural presentation to project development and critique.
- Identify and evaluate the characteristics appropriate to presentation principles.
- Evaluate visual and oral presentation applications as they relate to the architectural and interior design professions.
- Demonstrate and apply appropriate presentation methods and techniques in a studio setting.
- Develop professional skills of presentation and visual communication using a variety of media and tools.
