Fundamentals of two- and three-dimensional design and design process.
Elements include visualization, perception, presentation, expression, and site analysis
of physical/contextual/cultural aspects of design and/or the urban environment.
A portfolio will be produced.

Course Measurable Objectives:
- Use design tools and equipment of the profession.
- Apply graphic principles/standards and conventions used in 2D/3D architectural design.
- Apply concepts of creativity and design process.
- Define the architectural profession and its relationship to society.
- Produce a portfolio reflecting basic design skills.
