Course Measurable Objectives:
- Demonstrate the application of the rules, procedures, and techniques for alphabetic, numeric, subject card, and correspondence filing.
- Identify and correct errors using proper proofreaders' marks in preparation of the final copy.
- Identify professional telephone techniques for courteous and efficient telephone use.
- Demonstrate the proper use of electronic calendaring by scheduling events, appointments, and meetings efficiently.
- Identify proper methods for electronic communication (etiquette, sending, receiving, and managing of e-mails and faxes.)
