This course covers practical hands-on instruction using the Internet for research in
a business environment. Master Internet-specific research techniques,
discover timesaving tips for locating and managing information, and use the entire
Internet, newsgroups, FTP (File Transfer Protocol) and mailing lists.

Course Measurable Objectives:
- Demonstrate how to set up and use an E-mail account.
- Demonstrate how to use search resources to locate specific information.
- Demonstrate how to copy, save and print located information.
- Demonstrate how to download files (text, graphics, video, and sound) into a variety of documents.
- Select and summarize information into a concise business report.
- Produce a final project using hyperlinks.
