Mt. SAC's Real Estate Program and the Citrus Valley Association of REALTORS® (CVAR) have entered into a partnership and are offering students of Mt. SAC's Real Estate program the opportunity to join CVAR as a student member.

Student Membership Benefits:
A Student Membership with the Citrus Valley Association of REALTORS® connects you with the tools, services, and support necessary to further your career. Student Membership Eligibility Requirements:
To be eligible and apply for a student membership with CVAR, you must meet these requirements:
|
- Complete the CVAR Student Member application process
- Provide a valid Government issued I.D.
- Provide one reference (Instructor, School Administrator, or REALTOR® Member).
- Pay the $50.00 CVAR Student membership fee at the time of application (not subject to proration).
- Be enrolled as in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at an institution of higher education with a specialization or major in real estate (according to the CVAR Bylaws).
- Or enrolled in an approved on-line education course.
- Maintain a passing grade in qualifying courses.
- Attend two events/classes on a quarterly basis.
- Sign statement of eligibility on the eligibility form. (see form link below)
