The Accounting program at Mt. SAC provides many
opportunities for students to design a program that can accommodate their individual
goals. Whether a student wants to obtain an entry-level bookkeeping
position, advance in their current position at work, or transfer to a university to
pursue a bachelor's degree in accounting, the accounting program provides students
with the knowledge and necessary skills.
In addition to Accounting, the Management Career Programs at Mt. SAC focuses on practical applications of
management theory. Students are exposed to the latest trends in management,
and learning goals are reinforced with experiential learning activities.
The Business Management program provides proven business tools to enhance a management
career in any functional area. The Small Business Management program
provides strategies, practices, and fundamentals of managing and planning a small business,
enabling students to proper in the ever-changing small business environment.
The Human Resource Management program provides students with specific knowledge
of human resource management functions. The International Business
program provides approaches to manageing the complexities of doing business in a
global environment. The Retail Management program prepares students
to enter the business world with a speciality in the world of retail distribution.
