Formed in 1994, the Chamber Singers are the main performing choir at Mt. SAC. This elite, mixed-voice choral ensemble consists of 36 auditioned singers who perform works from the Renaissance through new works of the 21st Century. The Concert Choir is the largest auditioned choral group at Mt. SAC and is composed of students with varying levels of choral experience. Formed in 2001, Fermata Nowhere has taken the a cappella music world by storm to emerge as one of the nation's top collegiate men's vocal ensembles. Coming literally from "out of nowhere," these talented singers soared to instant popularity, having won the 2003 USC Absolute A Cappella Showdown and named semifinalists in the 2003 Western Division of the International Championship of Collegiate A Cappella (ICCA).
