14th Annual Health Conference, May 3, 2024

Thank you for your interest in participating as an exhibitor in our 14th Annual Health Professions Conference, sponsored by the Mt. SAC Caduceus Club. Our health education fair will be held from approximately noon to 2:30 pm in our new Summit Conference Center. Tables and chairs will be set up for you in advance in doors.  We would appreciate it if you would begin your set up no earlier than 11am. Students will be attending workshops and you will have an opportunity to set up without interruption. We anticipate a very large turnout, so please bring enough materials for approximately 1500 students. We would like all vendors to stay at least until 2:30pm. The conference will end with a raffle at 6:30pm, after the completion of our academic game show competition. If you are interested in donating an item for our raffle, it would be much appreciated and you will be recognized in our program!

All exhibitors will be given a ½ page space in our program for a black/white advertisement free of charge. A limited number of full page color ads may be purchased for $150 (this is our cost to duplicate copies for the program). These will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. Ad copy must be received by April 19th and must meet with the approval of the conference committee. Please include a copy of your ad with your participant registration.

You will be receiving a letter electronically one week before the event with the more specific details. The letter will include a map of the campus and additional pertinent information. Table assignments are based on the need for electricity and water. Box lunches will be provided for two representatives from each organization. Additional representatives will be charged a fee as indicated below.
