Adult Basic Education
Mt. SAC Adult Basic Education is where students of all ages can earn their high school diploma and high school credits, study for a High School Equivalency exam (GED/HiSET), prepare for the military entrance exam, gain computer skills, and find services such as counseling and career development.
The Adult Basic Education Department works with local K-12 districts, county, and state agencies to provide instructional programs and support services to assist noncredit students with their educational needs. Courses and services include:
- Adult Basic Ed Lab
- Adult High School Diploma
- Armed Services Prep (ASVAB)
- Computer Literacy
- Counseling / Advising Services
- HSE Preparation (GED/HiSET)
- High School Referral Program
- WIN Program
