HOURS: Arrange 16 hours a week, MONDAY -THURSDAY, 4:00 – 8:00 pm

SALARY: $10.00 – 13.27/hr

OVERVIEW: In-class tutoring for high school students taking Algebra 1, Algebra 2 and geometry; students are making up high school credits in an independent study program.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Proficiency in high school Algebra 1, 2 and geometry
• Tutoring experience in math subjects
• Experience working with HS students
• Positive, professional attitude
• Strong English skills
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively (orally and in writing)
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and with others
• Able to work well with a diverse student population
• Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Strong work history
