Research Request Form
If you are on campus and would like to request
the services of the research department, complete
the Research
Request Form (Word format) and send
it via email to Barbara
McNeice-Stallard.
If you would like
to evaluate the services of the
department, complete the Research
Results Evaluation Form.
External Research Project Form
An external research project is defined as any
research project or study which is outside
Mt. SAC's normal day-to-day operations. Mt.
SAC employees and students as well as external
persons wishing to conduct on-campus external
research projects should be directed to Barbara
McNeice-Stallard, Director of Research & Institutional
Effectiveness, at (909) 594-5611, ext. 4109.
If you would
like permission to have a
research project conducted at the college,
complete the Outside
Research form.
