Accreditation

This website is designed as an accreditation information source for Mt. SAC faculty, managers, staff, and community members. Mt. San Antonio College (Mt. SAC) is accredited by the Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges (ACCJC) of the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC), an institutional accrediting body recognized by The Commission of Recognition of Post-Secondary Accreditation and the U.S. Department of Education. In fall 2010, the college will undergo an extensive evaluation from a team of its peers from different colleges within the ACCJC system. Please see the 2010 web page for more information about the timeline, committee members and self-study compilation. The college's last self-study was done in 2004 and its midterm report in 2007.
